We are an ambitious, fast-growing startup looking for our first Customer Success Associate to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
The Role
As our Customer Success Associate, you will be the face of Progreso for our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our AI-driven coaching platform. You will build strong relationships with users, help onboard new clients, address concerns, and proactively drive engagement to foster long-term success.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage company and play a pivotal role in shaping the customer success function. You will have direct influence on our processes, customer experience, and overall growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Activation: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use Progreso’s AI-driven coaching platform from day one.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, proactively identifying opportunities to drive usage and engagement.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues. Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve escalations.
- Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Gather insights from customers and provide structured feedback to internal teams to improve our product and services.
- Training & Education: Deliver webinars, training sessions, and other learning resources to help customers maximise their use of Progreso.
- Process Optimisation: Help establish best practices, playbooks, and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer success function.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer success, proactive in solving problems, and eager to be part of a fast-moving AI first startup.
Must-Have Skills and Drive:
- Experience isn't needed if you can show the skill, drive and vision to succeed at Progreso.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for employee development, coaching, or AI-driven technologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in an early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with customer management tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Gainsight).
- Background in HR tech, learning & development, social care or AI-driven platforms.
