To support this growth, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, comfortable thinking in English, and able to process large volumes of text daily
• Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality, retail, logistics, or IT support
• Empathy: A natural ability to understand and share the feelings of others—if you don’t genuinely enjoy helping people, this isn’t the right role for you
• Location Requirement: We will not consider applications from candidates currently residing in Russia
• Technical Skills: Experience working with ZenDesk is highly desirable but not required

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and messages with efficiency and genuine care, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction (no phone calls)
• Work closely with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Product) to provide accurate information and solutions to our customers
• Aim to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance the customer journey
