About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Operations Administrator to join our consulting team on a 6 month contract, part-time, remote basis. This role is critical to the smooth functioning of our back-office operations and will directly support client engagements by handling contracts, timekeeping, invoicing, and process coordination.

You’ll work closely with sales, finance, delivery, and client procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely contract setup, invoice submission, and operational documentation. If you're experienced with systems like SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, Dynamics 365, or SharePoint — and enjoy staying organized while making a real impact — we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll DoContract Administration

  • Interpret, manage, and maintain MSAs and work orders
  • Coordinate with internal sales and client procurement teams
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking

Timekeeping & Invoicing

  • Oversee consultant timekeeping processes
  • Validate and submit invoices across client portals
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and support reconciliation

Operational Support

  • Document workflows, maintain SharePoint records
  • Collaborate on process improvements and automation
  • Support internal tracking, data entry, and engagement setup

Cross-Functional Engagement

  • Liaise with finance, sales, and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding and vendor registration
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and troubleshoot issues proactively

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or financial operations
  • Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Kantata, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Previous experience supporting a professional services firm (consulting, accounting, legal, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, proactive communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to work mornings (ET/CT) a few days per week

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with timekeeping and invoicing software
  • Process improvement or workflow documentation background
  • Understanding of vendor registration processes
