CMP was established in 1989 as the UK’s first independent Workplace Mediation Company. We provide employers and their people with world-class HR and ER services and allied training. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Client Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of client accounts and is responsible for maintaining and building client relationships, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. You must be highly organised, a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude who can handle the management of multiple clients and provide them with the appropriate solutions. Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Who We're Looking For
- Ideally a minimum of five years’ experience of sales and account management of training and/or services.
- Previous experience of employee relations/HR sector would be helpful, but not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of HR, ER, L&D functions, roles and activities.
- The ability to work consultatively with middle and higher management to generate trust and confidence, and to surface and identify current and future needs.
- Excellent persuading and influencing skills with gravitas and maturity to demonstrate confidence and credibility at a senior level.
- Understands the role of diversity in the workplace and relates to all stakeholders with dignity and respect.
- Must possess a strong focus on continuous development and quality of service.
- Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail. Role will include the creation of client proposals to demonstrate clients requirements
- Support with writing, preparing and finalising tender submissions
- Represent CMP at conferences, events and networking opportunities to build our profile and generate new business leads.
- Contribute to our marketing strategy by supporting marketing campaigns and promotional events for clients and prospects
- Ability to work independently and remotely to deliver results without close supervision
- Proficient Microsoft software skills – including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint and CRM software (including preparation of reports and dashboards)
