The Role

We are looking for Skippers and Hostesses to join our dynamic and diverse crew. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a high-end yachting experience, with the opportunity to work on sailing boats, catamarans, and motor yachts. If you're passionate about luxury yachting, empowering women in the maritime world, and creating unforgettable experiences, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Skippers:
• Lead and command yachts on luxury regattas and private charters, ensuring smooth and safe sailing experiences.
• Manage and supervise all yacht operations during events.
• Provide high-level guidance and mentorship to other crew members.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests on board.
• Maintain communication with the team and clients to ensure flawless service.
• Hostesses:
• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality for guests aboard our yachts.
• Assist in organizing onboard events, dining, and leisure activities.
• Create an enjoyable, luxurious atmosphere for all guests, making their experience memorable.
• Manage the yacht’s onboard amenities, ensuring everything is in top condition.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the journey.

Who You Are

• Skipper:
• Valid sailing certifications and experience commanding yachts (preferably in the luxury yachting sector).
• Passionate about women empowerment and leadership in yachting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Hostess:
• Experience in hospitality, luxury services, or event planning (yachting experience is a plus).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Attentive to detail and able to anticipate guest needs.
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
