Financial Analyst

As part of the Invoice to Cash Team, you will be responsible for billing and cash collection processes within the Customer Care and Experience (CCE) division. This role involves handling escalations, account suspensions, terminations, and payments, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the escalation point for EMEAR accounts.
• Manage account suspensions and terminations for CCE, providing weekly updates and coordinating resolutions.
• Work closely with collectors, customers, and stakeholders to decide on resuming or terminating accounts.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for accounts sent to collections.
• Review financial reports and provide account status updates.
• Validate invoices from third-party collection agencies and ensure accurate processing.
• Apply payments and write-offs, maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) aging.
• Process withholding tax credits and ensure proper application.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English (French/German is a plus).
• University degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience in collections and an understanding of Invoice to Cash processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial systems like Oracle, Pega, or MicroStrategy is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and suggest process improvements.
