THE ROLE Temenos is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Global Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Campaigns and operating within the broader team led by the VP of Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing, and Customer Advocacy, this role will focus on crafting compelling content to drive global integrated marketing campaigns. The Content Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in creating core assets, including emails, whitepapers, solution briefs, infographics, and digital ad copy, that amplify Temenos’ messaging, drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and effectively communicate our value propositions. Collaborating closely with campaign managers, digital marketing managers, and field marketing managers, this position requires a strategic mindset paired with exceptional writing and content development skills. OPPORTUNITIES
- You will develop and execute a strategic content marketing plan in conjunction with complementary campaign manager and aligned with Temenos' global campaign objectives.
- You will create high-quality content assets such as emails, whitepapers, solution briefs, infographics, social media content and digital ad copy to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- You will collaborate closely with campaign managers, digital marketing managers, and field marketing teams to ensure content consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- You will craft and refine core messaging documents used across global teams to amplify campaign reach and impact.
- You will adapt and repurpose existing content assets to optimize engagement and lead nurturing efforts.
- You will ensure brand consistency and uphold corporate identity across all created materials. maintaining the corporate tone of voice
- You will liaise with external agencies and freelance writers to develop specialized content when required.
- You will continuously analyze content performance metrics and propose enhancements to optimize results.
- You will stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
Skills
- You should have 8+ years of proven experience in marketing and communications within the Financial Services or B2B Technology sector.
- You should have strong background in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms with deep expertise in lead nurturing.
- You should have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts.
- You should have proven success in developing diverse content types for integrated marketing campaigns.
- You should be highly creative, strategic thinker with examples of innovative content strategies.
- You should have strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- You should have demonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing external agency partnerships.
- You should be detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and adherence to brand guidelines.
- You should be results-driven with an analytical mindset to measure and report on content effectiveness and ROI.
