About The Role

Join the team! The team is searching for their next Senior Executive Assistant with an exceptional operational focus to support the CEO. This individual will be a key partner in optimizing and streamlining operations while providing high-level executive support. As the right hand to the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing complex calendars, handling logistics, and driving the execution of critical business initiatives.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting senior executives by coordinating operational priorities and proactively solving challenges, all while maintaining discretion and managing confidential information. This high-impact role demands operational expertise, outstanding communication skills, exceptional process and project management, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About The Job…

  • Partner with the CEO to manage day-to-day administrative operations, drive key initiatives, and streamline administrative processes across departments.
  • Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO's time, attention, and energy are focused on the most important matters. Provide high-level administrative support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Partner with the CEO’s Chief of Staff to ensure optimal organization of key company operating cadences (QBRs, company meetings, board meetings, etc.) and ad hoc working sessions.
  • Lead or support critical operational projects, ensuring milestones and follow-throughs. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives forward.
  • Use strong judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve time-sensitive operational issues with minimal guidance.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency across the Administrative team.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and efficient communication for the CEO.
  • Coordinate with the Workplace, IT, and Security teams to plan and execute company events, off-sites, and team-building initiatives, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines.
  • Handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality protecting company and executive interests.
  • Support with team presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.

You…

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in high-level executive support, event management, project coordination, and operational excellence, preferably in a technology company.
  • Education: Minimum B.A.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to execute multifaceted projects with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to anticipate opportunities and challenges and propose solutions.
  • Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like ClickUp/Asana.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $109,000—$163,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
