We are on the lookout for a skilled Administrative Virtual Assistant based in :

- Italy

- Mexico City

- Turkey

- South Korea

- Thailand

The accepted candidates will help with our client's need in collecting and publishing leads. The ideal candidate will have a good administrative skills with a general cultural understanding of the area.

This role is project based and remote friendly**, with the project duration of 3-4 mont**hs, open for wide range of background including fresh graduates, internship, freelancers and stay at home parents who is looking for extra income. Whether you have prior professional experience or are starting your career, this role offers the flexibility and training needed to succeed. It's an ideal opportunity for anyone seeking freelance or project-based work, regardless of background.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.

- Collect, organize, and maintain a database of qualified leads for the company.

- Proactively contact and source vendors, negotiating terms to ensure the best possible partnerships.

- Analyze industry trends to improve sourcing strategies and lead generation efforts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align research and vendor acquisition with company goals.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a local from a target city
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and the local language.
  • Experience in lead generation, research, or vendor sourcing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet target-based goals.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding and are a user of major search and social platforms (Bing, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Line, Pinterest, Snap, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and others) as the main tasks are doing research.
