We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant that will support us within two areas of the business. Firstly on various administrative tasks for our business based in Switzerland. Secondly supporting with our Global Expansion projects in Europe. We welcome and value each team member and their contribution to our mission, our team, and our culture. Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in completing company documents and forms for the Swiss organization.
  • Follow up with Swiss institutions and organizations via email and phone.
  • Legal and regulatory research into new countries of operation
  • Legal document preparation and record keeping
  • Assistance with vendor management & project management tasks
  • Cross functional collaboration across internal teams

Requirements

  • Preferably a paralegal qualification or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance-related field.
  • 3-5 years or more of proven experience working in a legal or compliance-related role
  • Familiar with international business law and regulations and/or corporate law principles
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
