Are you ready to join a rapidly growing SaaS company? LegitFit is seeking a driven and passionate Customer Success Onboarding Specialist eager to ensure new clients hit the ground running with LegitFit.
We’re searching for a customer-focused, proactive professional with a background in Customer Success and Client Onboarding experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping clients succeed and is comfortable guiding them through technical processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform. This role is for someone who excels at communication, knows how to tailor solutions to unique client needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Onboarding Excellence: Guide new clients from sign-up through a complete onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous systems to LegitFit.
- Account Setup & Migration: Oversee account setup, data imports, and customisation to meet each client’s unique business needs.
- Tailored Configuration: Configure the LegitFit platform to align with client operations, business goals, and customer interactions.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for clients and their teams to ensure they’re confident in using LegitFit.
- Post-Launch Support: Provide hands-on support during the first 14 days post-launch to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide platform usage.
- Client Success Strategy: Work closely with clients to achieve their goals, monitor usage, and share best practices for long-term satisfaction and retention.
👩🏻🎓 Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the SaaS industry, particularly within a customer success or onboarding role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at building rapport and providing clear instructions.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel for data management and process tracking.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented with a focus on client success.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including Sales, Engineering and Product.
- Basic knowledge of fitness industry trends and challenges.
