We have a fully remote customer success executive position, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships.
You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met and their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, and develop long-term relationships with them
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and help them achieve their goals through our products and services
- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services
- Manage customer onboarding, adoption, and retention processes
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular reports on customer metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Familiarity with customer success metrics and best practices
- Fluent in English
