Role Description

We are looking for a skilled HighLevel Certified VA to provide dedicated support for one (part time) or two (full time) of our agency enterprise clients. Our Enterprise Plan offers a high-touch experience for agencies, including dedicated VAs who handle advanced fulfillment work within HighLevel, including technical setups, snapshot building, funnel/website design, configuration tasks, and pre-onboarding support.

This is a full-time remote role for a High-Level Certified VA at Growthable. We are also open to part time of 20 hours per week - this would need to be set hours per day.

Location

Whilst our Founder and CEO is based in Australia, we are a US Company with team and clients worldwide. This is a remote position and hours are dependant on the clients timezone (mostly US based).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced technical setups and configurations in HighLevel
• Troubleshoot advanced workflows and automations
• Build and customize snapshots for client accounts
• Design funnels, and websites
• Build forms, surveys and automations
• Provide support on pre-onboarding processes
• And more! As the responsibilities are different for each client - above is just an example.

Qualifications:

• HighLevel certification
• Strong technical skills with a focus on HighLevel platform expertise
• Experience in website and funnel design
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
