About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Customer Success – Telehealth to lead and enhance our patient and provider experience across Dapper Care’s telehealth platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high patient engagement, optimizing provider relationships, and driving retention and satisfaction across our AI-powered healthcare ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the customer success strategy for telehealth services.

• Ensure seamless onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction for both patients and providers.

• Develop and implement scalable success programs.

• Enhance user experience, drive adoption, and improve health outcomes.

• Build strong relationships with telehealth providers, physicians, and healthcare partners and customers.

• Monitor and analyze key customer success metrics (retention, churn, engagement).

• Collaborate with product, operations, and AI teams to refine and enhance the telehealth platform.

• Own customer support and escalation processes.

• Advocate for patients and providers by working cross-functionally to improve platformu usability, accessibility, and support features.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Patient Experience within telehealth

healthcare SaaS, or digital health environments.

• Strong understanding of telehealth operations, patient engagement strategies, and provider relationship management.

• Proven ability to develop and execute customer success programs that drive engagement and retention.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.

• Experience working with AI-driven healthcare solutions and knowledge of at-home diagnostic testing, pharmacy, or virtual care services is a plus. • Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology.
