Role Description

Appen are looking to engage with experienced freelance transcribers.

Join our skilled and experienced UK-based team providing transcription services to a high level of accuracy and efficiency to a wide variety of prestigious national and international customers.

As a remote worker you will enjoy competitive rates and have the flexibility to schedule your hours to fit your lifestyle and work around your family demands.

Due to the nature of the work all transcribers must be UK based.

Transcribers with security clearance (DBS, SC, NPPV, BPSS) are of particular interest.

Qualifications

• Strong transcription skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing content
• Ability to work remotely
• Experience in transcription software/tools
• Good command of language and grammar
• Excellent listening skills
• Previous experience in transcription or data entry
• Knowledge of different accents and dialects is a plus
• At least 1 years transcription experience
