Seeking a Client Success Manager to guide our students to outstanding success!

💵 Salary: £26 - £33k (experience dependent)

We're excited to announce that we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to become an integral part of our vibrant team.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is experienced and passionate in helping individuals start and scale their Social Media Marketing Agency. You will be guiding our students through the entire process of starting their agency, prospecting and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

☑Ensure smooth onboarding process for students to ensure they understand how to use the program effectively and get the most out of the mentorship

☑Weekly coaching calls with students guiding them through the course as well as their sales accountability period

☑Respond to student queries on a daily basis on the course platform

☑Performance monitoring of students and their progress

☑Engage in the community to foster a supportive structure among fellow students and coaches

Skills:

✅Proven experience in running a successful Agency

✅Excellent communication skills and a talent for coaching and guiding

✅A strategic mindset with a focus on results and growth

✅Strong problem solving skills with the ability to take a proactive and personalised approach to students issues

✅Ability to stay up to date with the industry trends and changes

✅Proficient in Notion and Google Suite
