Porsche Tops the J.D. Power 2025 Customer Service Index
Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA) has secured the number one ranking in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Customer Service Index Study (CSI), marking a significant achievement for the luxury automotive brand. This recognition highlights Porsche's commitment to exceptional customer service across its network of over 200 dealers.
Porsche not only ranked as the top automotive brand overall but also achieved the highest scores in the premium car, SUV, and overall categories for the second consecutive year. With a history of eight years in the top three for CSI, this accolade is a testament to Porsche's relentless dedication to customer satisfaction.
Timo Resch, President, and CEO of Porsche Cars North America, expressed gratitude for this honor, stating, “Many years of hard work and a relentless commitment to putting our customers first has gone into this achievement.” He acknowledged the contribution of the individually owned and operated Porsche Centers across the United States.
The CSI study assesses customer satisfaction regarding maintenance and repair services among owners of 2021 – 2024 model year vehicles, gathering insights from over 55,000 respondents. Porsche excelled in all CSI Voice of the Customer categories, including Service Advisor, Service Facility, Service Initiation, Service Quality, and Vehicle Pick-Up.
