What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Deliver premier technical support to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of drone, controller, and cloud products to assist customers
- Serve as the voice of the customer to facilitate continuous product improvement
- Utilize effective communication skills to resolve issues impacting UAS fleet utilization
- Participate in building support processes that enhance the customer experience
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2-5 years of technical support experience
- Experience with drones/UAV/UAS
- Motivated self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Familiarity with CRM technology, such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous customer support experience in utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety
- Experience with multi-channel customer communication (phone, chat, email support)
- Prior support experience within a customer success retention & renewal team
- Strong desire for feedback to learn and improve efficiency
