IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced EUC Lead to join one of our top clients. This remote, direct-hire role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee all aspects of end-user compute functions for a rapidly growing organization. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the EUC Lead:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of laptops, desktops, and iPads, ensuring efficient delivery, deployment, and ongoing management of all end-user devices.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and a third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure seamless device provisioning, management, and support.
- Implement and maintain effective asset management processes in line with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Oversee patch management for end-user devices, including timely deployment of security patches, software updates, and OS upgrades.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP) with respect to assets.
Required Skills for EUC Lead:
- 5+ years of experience focused on managing end-user compute devices in an enterprise environment.
- Proficiency with Intune and Autopilot.
- Experience with endpoint management & RMM tools (Kaseya & ConnectWise preferred but open to other tools).
- Experience working with or directing vendors/MSPs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
