4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and software applications.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation of support processes, solutions, and procedures.
Monitor system performance and assist in proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
