Position Overview We are seeking a System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and security of our systems, networks, and services. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise in system administration, automation, and security best practices. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration

  • Manage, configure, and monitor cloud environments, and enterprise applications
  • Office365 Architecture and Management support

User Support & Endpoint Management

  • Provide technical support to employees, contractors, and members, manage software deployments, and troubleshoot issues cross-functionally

Security & Compliance

  • Assist with security and compliance audits. Implement and monitor security policies, monitor system security and vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.)
  • Support zero-trust environment and implement greater security footprint using Intune

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop scripts and automation to improve system efficiency using SCIM, SSO, PowerShell, Group Policies, etc.

Configuration Management

  • Ensure that user hardware configurations are well specified from a base configuration and that automation may adapt the configuration based on user role for laptop/computer deployment

Documentation & Best Practices

  • Maintain IT documentation
  • Recommend improvements for system performance, security, and reliability

QualificationsEducation: A degree in IT/ Engineering/Computer Science/Cybersecurity preferred but not required. Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT support roles.
  • Experience with Entra ID, Endpoint Management, Vulnerability Management, and User Support in a professional position

Skills

  • Microsoft Certifications are preferred but not required
  • Clear communication
  • Permissions Management, Conditional Access, Group policies
  • GPO Management
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Issue tracking and support desk management
  • Troubleshooting and debugging issues
  • Experience with Atlassian tooling preferred
  • Familiarity with least privilege concepts
  • Administration of third-party tools such as Atlassian, RingCentral, HubSpot, etc
  • Time management
  • Project/Task completion in self-directed environment
