Job Summary:
The Director of Client Success is vital to maintaining and retaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and reactivating past clients. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering strong client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction within the dynamic healthcare staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and trends through various channels including calls, emails, virtual meetings and sms.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and negotiate contract terms, including rates and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Recruiting, Staffing, Onboarding, AR) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively propose tailored business solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead client onboarding and ongoing communication, ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor feedback, address client concerns, and implement improvement plans.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for expanded collaboration and service utilization.
- Present tools and solutions to clients via video calls and phone, helping resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, healthcare staffing, or related fields (startup experience preferred).
- Strong background in managing client portfolios within Hubspot, with a focus on client success and account retention.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high phone volume environment, including cold calling and closing sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated, independent and proactive, with a talent for identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
Previous Client Success Management experience, with a track record of building strong, long-term client relationships.
