  • Manage and run the People Software (Personio) together with the People Operations team and work on the further development and feature enhancements of the tool together with the Global Leader People Operations and the Personio Customer Success Manager
  • Manage the German entity payroll (with Datev) and ensure compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities; maintenance of payroll-specific records (changes in wage/salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, terminations, leave of absence, etc.)
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees of your area of responsibility answering their questions related to administrative, payroll, people tools or compliance issues.
  • Support People Partners in managing employee relations issues by providing the basic local labor requirement background
  • Active involvement in the design and optimization of global HR processes
  • Actively drive and run HR projects based on business needs with the goal of further professionalization and globalization of the People Operations team
  • Assure HR compliance in Germany by regular review, revise, and update company policies under the supervision of the Global Leader – People Operations and in consultation with other Global People Culture team members.

Profil

  • A bachelor's/master's degree in human resources management or other relevant fields.
  • Experience with running and administering German payroll (with Datev preferred)
  • Good knowledge of German employment and social insurance law.
  • 4 years' experience working in HR, preferably in People Operations teams or acting as HR Generalist.
  • Mastering Microsoft Office: first experience with People Analytics is a big plus.
  • Experience with Personio or any other modern HRIS is a plus
  • Experience in driving und running HR projects in an international business
  • Proficiency, both written and spoken, in German and English
