  • Provide timely and effective assistance to employees encountering IT-related issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Document and track all inquiries using the help desk ticketing system
  • Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or support role is required
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently
  • Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
