Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. We're seeking a thoughtful, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and help build. This role is part right-hand, part problem solver, and part operational thinker. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage key aspects of the business — from calendar flow and digital organization to project execution and system support across multiple ventures (including consulting, real estate, and creative projects). This is a unique opportunity to work alongside someone who’s building intentionally.

Qualifications

  • Manage calendars, inboxes, scheduling, and communications with thoughtfulness and clarity
  • Assist with research, light bookkeeping, and the preparation of proposed plans, and project management
  • Strong critical thinking, eagerness to learn, and comprehension
  • Help manage tasks and track project progress across multiple initiatives and brands
  • Excellent at using digital tools and software for remote work
  • Independent, resourceful, and great at self-managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Anticipate needs, bring ideas forward, and help make systems smoother
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (operations, property management, creative or digital businesses)
