We are looking to hire ten fully remote Tier II IT Support Technicians. To be eligible, you must have an active Secret clearance (if you have a TS, it will only be held at the Secret level), and a minimum of a Security+ certification (other certs that satisfy 8140 requirements are acceptable). Summary of Duties: The L1 Support Agent will work in a fast-paced call center help desk environment providing technical hardware, software, and procedural support for a US government client. The technical support is delivered 100% via telephone for troubleshooting hardware and software related issues. This is a virtual position. Primary responsibilities:

  • Answering customer phone calls.
  • Providing remote technical support.
  • Documentation and incident management using the client?s ticketing system.
  • Ordering replacement parts.
  • Other customer support related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess a detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative/technical skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Candidates should be able to handle difficult customer service situations with confidence, and poise.
  • Candidates should exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software issues.
  • Candidates may be required to participate in other client support related activities.
