Key Responsibilities

  • Address inbound inquiries regarding technical support through phone, chat, and email, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Aid customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to connectivity and communication services.
  • Propose additional solutions and products to customers, enhancing their overall experience where suitable.
  • Thoroughly document each customer interaction, detailing the issues encountered and the resolutions provided.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries, striving for satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with fellow Technical Support Representatives to provide comprehensive support.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products and policies to maintain a high level of service knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Adaptability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of our dedicated support team.
