- Aid customers in diagnosing and resolving issues related to connectivity and communication services.
- Propose additional solutions and products to customers, enhancing their overall experience where suitable.
- Thoroughly document each customer interaction, detailing the issues encountered and the resolutions provided.
- Respond to customer service inquiries, striving for satisfaction in every interaction.
- Collaborate with fellow Technical Support Representatives to provide comprehensive support.
- Stay informed about the company’s products and policies to maintain a high level of service knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Adaptability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of our dedicated support team.
