Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Remote Help Desk Technician for 6+ months. This is 100% remote, but technician must be willing/able to work PST hours starting at 7/8AM PST.Skill Set: Prior help desk experience, good communication and phone skills, general knowledge of end user IT support practices. Knowledge of Service Now ticketing system. High level of first level call resolution.
