Role Description

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, pitching CWI Summits' services, and closing sales agreements to secure participant registration and sponsorships. The associate will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Core tasks include managing client accounts, tracking performance metrics, and gathering insights for client needs to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience in networking, cold calling, and prospecting for business opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
• Understanding of event planning, emerging economies, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
