This role requires an all-rounder Team Administrator skillset and will be titled ‘Client Development Associate’ to align with the current team.Location: Remote but candidates must be based within 90 minutes of Central London for regular meet ups.
Salary: c£30k pa depending on experience, plus generous holiday, pension, private healthcare and more.

We are looking to hire a Client Development Associate to support the Group Head of Commercial Operations across a wide range of tasks contributing to the smooth running of Business Development and Project Finance Processes across Audeliss and INvolve. As a valuable member of our support team, this role will touch many different parts of Commercial Operations including sales and event support, project finance administration, CRM database quality control, reporting and data analysis, sales process development, producing bespoke client documents including proposals and tenders, onboarding new clients and managing client contracts, and will work closely with many different members of our diverse team to support with administration tasks. This is a highly varied role and an excellent opportunity for someone to progress their career with lots of opportunities to learn and develop.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Providing general administrative support across all commercial functions as needed, including BD / Sales, Events, Project Finance and Legal.
- Supporting good data management and quality control across the company, experience working with Ezekia or HubSpot would be beneficial.
- Liaison with clients to manage onboarding activities end-to-end.
- Producing client invoices and working with clients to resolve issues to ensure timely payment.
- Producing client contracts and processing change requests as required (training will be provided).
- Reviewing contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Variation Agreements, Client Contracts etc. (training will be provided).
- Keeping company contract templates up to date in line with latest business or regulatory changes.
- Providing holiday cover for members of the Commercial Team.
- Assisting the Group Head of Commercial Operations across a range of administrative tasks or projects across the businesses.
Person Specification:
- 2 years minimum office experience required. Experience in a similar client facing administrative role preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required including Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience of having used CRM or Sales Tracker systems such as HubSpot preferred.
- Highly accurate data management and administration skills, attention to detail and precision.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work successfully in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
- Effective and productive when working in a remote setting.
- Excellent written English with experience of putting together client documents and correspondence.
- A team player with a can-do attitude is essential in this role, where no two days will be the same!
- Whilst experience or specific knowledge of the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) landscape is not needed, due to the nature of the business, an interest in DEI and willingness to learn is essential.
