Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
- Knowledge of capital markets, trade surveillance, and compliance preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and regulatory environments is a plus.
