Job Title: Help Desk Level 3 Support Specialist (US Citizen Only) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide expert-level support for escalated tickets from Level 1 and Level 2 teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior support staff.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance support capabilities.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in IT support in a Level 3 support role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including servers and enterprise applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
