To speed up the process, attach these documents when submitting your form:
- Photo ID (required)
- Lease (required, if applicable)
- Proof of Ownership (required within 10 days of starting service, if applicable)

If you can't provide proof of ownership at submission, ensure you provide it within 10 days. Here’s what you need based on your status:
- Owners: Provide a settlement statement, deed, title, or purchase agreement.

Deposit Requirements
Most accounts require a deposit before service can begin. If you have no returned checks, disconnections, and no more than two late payments, you might qualify for a deposit waiver.
Utility Service Start Date
Your utility service will commence on your specified start date once all documentation is submitted, the deposit is paid, and confirmation is received by Utility Customer Service.
Monthly Billing and Late Fees
Utility accounts are billed monthly, and bills are due upon receipt. Payments become past due 21 days after the statement date, with a late charge applied thereafter.
Utility Deposit Information
- A security deposit equal to two times the average monthly bill is usually required.
- Deposits are credited against any outstanding balance upon account closure.
- Residential deposits may be refunded after 12 months of good payment history.
