Austin TX, March 11, 2025 – Every year, the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance invites the best and brightest in customer service to compete for the title of Outstanding CSR of the Year®. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who go above and beyond to support their clients, agencies, and communities. The 2025 competition is now officially open, and it’s time to nominate the exceptional CSRs who truly make a difference!
Why This Award Matters
Customer service representatives are the backbone of the insurance industry. They build relationships, provide critical solutions, and ensure that clients have the protection they need when they need it most. The Outstanding CSR of the Year Award is not just a title; it’s a recognition of dedication, leadership, and professionalism in an ever-evolving industry.
How to Enter
If you or someone you know exemplifies excellence in customer service, we encourage you to apply! The competition is open to all insurance professionals who serve in a customer service role, whether they hold a CSR title or another position where they work closely with clients.
- Submit a completed entry form by May 1, 2025.
- Include two letters of recommendation.
- Write a 500 to 1,000-word essay on this year’s topic.
Entries will be evaluated based on professionalism, industry knowledge, and the ability to communicate the importance of the CSR role in insurance.
How Does the Competition Work?
The competition honors both state winners and a national winner. Each state winner will receive recognition for their outstanding service, and the national winner will receive a cash prize, a commemorative plaque, and national industry recognition.
