Jake Levine, the recipient of the December 2024 Customer Service Award from the Rugby Chamber of Commerce, is a shining example of what it means to go above and beyond for customers. As a FedEx driver, he has made a significant impact on his community, consistently delivering not just packages, but also joy and positivity.

Levine expresses his gratitude for the supportive community in Rugby, stating, “The company is really great to work for and the residents of Rugby are amazing. They are always leaving me treats during the holiday season especially.”
A Positive Attitude in Action
Levine embraces a positive mindset at work, especially during the holiday season. He humorously likens his role to that of Santa’s helper, emphasizing his commitment to ensuring every package is delivered on time.
A Legacy of Hard Work
With a background as a firefighter for 13 years, including serving as a fire chief in Tennessee, Levine's dedication and work ethic are evident. After starting a family, he transitioned to a career with FedEx, which he describes as a safer and more stable option for his family.
Personal Resilience
Jake and his wife, Laura, are parents to five children, and they've faced profound challenges, including the loss of a baby due to premature birth. This experience motivated Laura to pursue a career as a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse, allowing her to provide support to families in similar situations.
“We love to share our story to provide comfort and hope to other families that are going through what we went through,” Jake shares, showcasing their resilience and commitment to helping others.
