Recognizing Outstanding Service in Hospitality

ROCK SPRINGS – Sweetwater County Travel and Tourism recently celebrated their quarterly R.E.A.C.H. award winners, which stands for Rare and Exceptional Achievement for Customer Service in Hospitality. This initiative honors local hospitality employees who have demonstrated outstanding customer service in the tourism industry.

Award Recipients

The following employees were recognized for their exceptional contributions:

  • Jarrrod Morrison from Green River RV Park: Honored for his strong work ethic and skills in maintenance. His manager, Fellicia Maes, praised his positive attitude and extensive knowledge of Sweetwater County, inspiring those around him.
  • Justin Meyer from Hampton Inn and Suites in Green River: Recognized for his innovative leadership and ideas that have boosted staff morale and improved the maintenance department, as noted by hotel manager Kim Strid.
  • Rebecca Boudreau from My Place Hotel: Acknowledged for her productivity and excellence in customer relations. Julia Ruble, the hotel manager, emphasized her dependability, joyful demeanor, and willingness to assist customers.
