We are seeking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business vision and technical execution at WorkNomads. In this pivotal role, you'll translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions for our global FinTech client who's rapidly expanding their operations. You'll be the essential connection point between business stakeholders and IT teams, correlating seamless collaboration while guiding development teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Your ability to communicate effectively across technical teams, project leadership, and clients will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:Business & Technical Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Work closely with software developers, architects, and the project manager to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within business processes and propose solutions.

Requirement Management & Documentation

  • Develop clear and concise user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams.
  • Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and manage technical documentation, including API specifications and data mapping.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to assure efficient delivery.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

System Implementation & Support

  • Support development teams during system design, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support to end users.

Team Management & Project Oversight

  • Take on the daily management of the dedicated IT team for the project.
  • Oversee and support the IT Project Manager.
  • Maintain an in-depth overview of the project and report regularly to the Business Development Manager.
  • Lead in Product Ownership by gathering requirements and scoping MVPs.
  • Join client meetings to report on status and progress, as well as for new requests or proposal presentations.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including status updates and possible areas of improvement.

The Tools in Your Backpack:Technical Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a similar role.
  • Experience in financial services, BPO, or SaaS/PaaS industries is a plus.
  • Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience with data modeling, SQL queries, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, or similar.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Microsoft DevOps).

Business & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in process mapping and business workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and BPO industry.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
