Senior Customer Success Manager€70,000 salary + €20,000 in yearly bonuses

Our sustainability and ESG software client is expanding their Customer Success team and looking for a German-speaking CSM.

Ideally, we would love someone in Berlin and Munich as we have offices in both cities, but for the right candidate, you can be 100% remote in Germany. Travel to HQ will be once or twice a quarter.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Strong B2B SaaS/software background over a number of years
• Proven track record as a Senior Customer Success Manager
• Successful background achieving retention goals and managing key clients
• A genuine passion for customer service and experience working with enterprise customers
• German and English is essential
