Solution Director

WeDo has partnered with a leading Microsoft Partner that has seen tremendous growth in recent years and is now looking to bring on a Solution Director to sit within Managed Services.

They are looking for a strategic leader to drive IT service solutions, shape technology roadmaps, and work with high-performing teams to deliver real business transformation.

They are ideally looking for an individual who has a deep background in Cloud, Infrastructure or Data or within the Microsoft ecosystem and has previously operated or is currently as a Senior Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.

What Makes This Role Exciting?

• Customer Leadership – Work with team of Solution Directors, design scalable IT architectures, and build strong customer relationships at an enterprise level.
• Strategy & Growth – Develop and execute Technology and Service Roadmaps to help businesses achieve long-term success.
• Business Impact – Play a key role in RFPs, bids, and tenders, while collaborating with sales teams to create new opportunities.
• Revenue Growth – Oversee key performance metrics, including sales bookings, customer NPS, and recurring revenue growth.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in IT Managed Services, driving technical strategy and growth.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts (£1M+ ARR) and delivering customer success.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft O365, Azure, and IT outsourcing.
• The ability to inspire teams, build strong partnerships, and solve complex business challenges.

The role is remote within the UK with some travel to client site when required. The position is paying £100k+ +Bonus + and additional comp!
