Customer Service Lead£25,000 - £35,000Remote with quarterly visits to London
We are representing a leading organisation in the not for profit sector, looking to build out their customer service team. This pivotal role will shape how the business interacts with its customers, defining best practices for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across multiple channels.
In addition to daily tasks like triaging issues, escalating problems, conducting investigations, and collaborating with internal teams, this role involves contributing to the development of a new central service desk function and overseeing various operational duties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing the central service desk while managing operational responsibilities to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an individual that is:
- A proactive self starter with excellent communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, contact centre, or a client-facing role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple enquiries simultaneously.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- An interest in IT and troubleshooting technical issues with the ability to support their internal IT service desk.
