As an Inbound Support Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role is vital in creating a positive experience for our customers, showcasing our commitment to quality and service excellence. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with their questions regarding products, order placements, and tracking
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experiences
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not required; training will be provided
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively in a remote environment
• Proficiency in using computers and experience with common software applications
