Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will focus on engaging potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering tailored solutions through Solahart’s range of solar products. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing customer inquiries, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing ongoing support. Additional tasks involve maintaining updated knowledge of Solahart’s products and industry trends to offer expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Consulting and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively and maintain relationships
  • Proven ability to achieve Customer Satisfaction through excellent service and consulting expertise
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with or experience in renewable energy products is an advantage
  • Proficiency in maintaining records and working with CRM tools is beneficial
  • A results-driven mindset and problem-solving capabilities
  • High school diploma required; additional certifications or qualifications in sales or energy-related fields are a plus
