Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the travel industry. As a remote team member, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and memorable.   • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Travel Solutions: Assist clients in planning and managing their travel needs, including booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, changes, or issues related to travel bookings with empathy and efficiency
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence in our CRM system
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of travel itineraries
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer service software
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and systems is a plus
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
