Reggora is seeking a Customer Support Representative to immediately join our team and provide inbound technical support to the growing list of lenders and appraisers who leverage our platform. This role requires excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills to drive value outcomes and solve problems for our clients. 

The hours for this position are 10am to 6pm Eastern.

What you'll do:

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support and training to appraisers, lender users, and integration partners
  • Measurably improve customer satisfaction and increase retention by helping customers achieve their business goals
  • Work cross-functionally with account management, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved fully and promptly
  • Identify and champion innovations and improvements to help drive the growth of our business

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 1-2 years experience in customer support, preferably within an enterprise SaaS company or high-growth startup using systems such as Zendesk and Hubspot
  • Ability to critically analyze and troubleshoot complex software and various integrations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to build relationships and earn the trust of customers
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and an urgency to consistently set and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of residential appraisal and mortgage processes a plus
