  • Manage Bookings: Oversee hotel reservations, address inquiries, and ensure room availability for guests
  • Engage with Guests: Communicate with guests via phone, email, and other channels, promptly and professionally handling their reservation needs
  • Facilitate Check-ins and Check-outs: Ensure a seamless experience for guests during check-in and check-out, addressing any special requests
  • Handle Reservations: Process reservations, collect payments, and issue invoices or receipts as needed
