We're looking for an Online Booking Assistant to enhance our customer engagement and streamline our appointment scheduling process. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing online bookings, providing timely assistance to customers, and ensuring an efficient workflow within our scheduling system. You will be at the forefront of our customer experience, helping to ensure that our services are easily accessible to those in need. Responsibilities

  • Manage online booking systems, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to online inquiries promptly, guiding customers through the booking process
  • Coordinate with the service team to confirm appointments and prepare for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain updated records of customer bookings, cancellations, and changes in the scheduling system
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve online booking processes and overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide information about services, pricing, and availability to customers via chat and email platforms
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong familiarity with online booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and customer requests
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using online communication tools and basic office software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries and scheduling issues.
