We are passionate about making a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance for regional Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) contract activities, in partnership with the Regional TTA Coordinator and Regional Office.
  • Organize and plan events for regional TTA meetings, including virtual sessions.
  • Execute general clerical tasks, including data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
  • Gather and prepare data from multiple government systems to monitor and report on TTA activities.
  • Support the Regional TTA Coordinator in creating accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reports, travel arrangements, and maintaining up-to-date Enterprise System records.
  • Assist in the formulation of the annual regional Office of Head Start (OHS) Professional Development Plan.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities to assist the TTA Coordinator or as assigned by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Execute other tasks as directed by management to align with organizational objectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in data aggregation and report generation from various sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to remote teams, particularly for projects or contracts.
  • Preferred experience in event coordination and planning.
  • Keen attention to detail and effective priority management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and relationship-building with colleagues, clients, and supervisors.
  • Familiarity with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Monday.com is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • A 2-year college degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a capacity to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
