As part of our remote team, you will engage with Nordic-speaking clients to provide them with exceptional support and ensure their satisfaction throughout their journey. Your role will involve answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance, all while working from the comfort of your own home. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up
• Work closely with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve processes
• Engage in continuous training to expand your knowledge of our products and customer service best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and client relations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
