Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CMS Content Editor Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.Main tasks
Content Management
• Create, edit, and publish content using Drupal CMS across multiple corporate websites.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and legal/compliance requirements.
• Manage metadata, tags, and URL structures to optimize content discoverability.
• Monitor published content for accuracy, broken links, and expiration dates.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders from different geographical markets to understand content needs and priorities.
Global Communication & Collaboration
• Liaise with cross-functional teams across various time zones and cultures.
• Gather requirements from regional teams and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with marketing teams and external design agencies to validate and implement content assets.
Documentation & Training
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on Drupal tasks, workflows, and publishing best practices.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient content management.
Web Development & Technical Support
• Understand fundamental web development concepts (HTML, CSS).
• Collaborate with IT and QA teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to content.
• Manage content lifecycle including updates, maintenance, and enhancements.
Project Management Tools
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes through integration with Veeva Vault or similar systems.
Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.
• Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports.
• Experience working in regulated environments and with MLR review processes.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment
