Part-Time Executive Assistant for Real Estate Entrepreneur

Up to £50,000 pro-rata

(Remote with Occasional North London Meetings)Location: 100% Remote (with occasional face-to-face meetings in North London)

We’re seeking a highly organised Part-Time Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently manage both business and personal tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, is naturally proactive, and excels at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role:

As the right-hand support to a busy real estate entrepreneur, you’ll be responsible for handling a blend of executive-level business tasks and personal administration. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the operations of a growing real estate portfolio while managing day-to-day priorities with finesse and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Support:
  • Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing documents
  • Assisting with research and market analysis related to real estate projects
  • Managing email correspondence and liaising with key stakeholders
  • Supporting financial admin such as invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking
  • Personal Support:
  • Coordinating personal appointments, travel arrangements, and events
  • Managing household-related tasks and ad hoc personal errands
  • Ensuring a seamless balance between professional and personal priorities
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks:
  • Problem-solving on the fly and taking initiative when needed
  • Assisting with property management admin, such as contractor coordination and tenant communication
  • Helping to streamline operations and improve efficiency wherever possible

About You:

  • Motivated & Resourceful: You’re proactive, thrive on getting things done, and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Commercially Savvy: Strong business acumen and an understanding of the real estate world (or a keen interest in it) is a major plus.
  • Emotionally Intelligent: You’re able to read the room, manage relationships with professionalism, and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Organized & Efficient: Time management and prioritisation are your superpowers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
